Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No - the free trial starts with just an email address. You can add billing details later if you choose to continue past 14 days.
How long is the free trial, and what features are included?
The trial is 14 days of unrestricted access to every TaoApex product - TTprompt, TaoImagine, TaoTalk, and MyOpenClaw - including the paid features you would normally find on Pro.
What happens when the trial ends?
We send a reminder 3 days before the trial ends. You can upgrade to a paid plan to keep your workspace, or let the trial lapse and remain on the free tier with reduced quotas. Nothing is deleted for at least 30 days.
Can my whole team use the trial?
Yes - invite up to 10 teammates during the trial. Larger teams can request an extended evaluation by contacting sales.
Will I lose my work if I do not upgrade?
No. Prompts, projects, and brand voices stay in your account on the free tier. You simply lose access to advanced models, larger quotas, and team features until you upgrade.
Can I get a refund if I upgrade and change my mind?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the first charge, no questions asked. Contact billing@taoapex.com and we will process it within 1 business day.
