Because our AI services provide immediate digital results (like generated images), by purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel once you have started using the service (e.g., generated an image). This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty services.
5. User Accounts
Please provide real email addresses so we can recover your account if needed. We use standard fraud prevention to keep the platform safe for everyone.
6. Prohibited Use
To keep TaoApex safe for everyone, you agree not to use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including harassment, hate content, or exploiting minors. We reserve the right to ban accounts violating these rules.
