These terms apply to your use of Note2Do, an iOS app operated by TaoApex Limited. By installing or using Note2Do, you agree to use it lawfully and to review extracted details before taking action.

1. What Note2Do does

Note2Do helps you import a school notice and create an editable action card. OCR and rule-based extraction can be incomplete or wrong. The app is not a school communication system, legal service, payment service, or substitute for reading the original notice.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you import, the child and family information you enter, and every Calendar or Reminders action you confirm. Check dates, amounts, locations, and deadlines against the original notice. Do not use Note2Do to process information you are not authorized to handle.

3. Permissions and third parties

Calendar, Reminders, Photos, Share Extension, Apple sign-in, App Store purchases, and any optional account provider are used only when enabled by you or required for the selected workflow. Third-party services have their own terms.

4. Pro and purchases

If Note2Do Pro is offered, its price, renewal terms, and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Apple processes payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

5. Availability and disclaimers

We may change or discontinue features as the MVP develops. Note2Do is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaoApex is not responsible for missed deadlines or incorrect actions caused by unreviewed extraction or a Calendar/Reminders permission failure.
