These terms apply to TaoBook (轻记), an iOS personal money-tracking app operated by TaoApex Limited. By using TaoBook, you agree to use it lawfully and to review your own records.

1. Product scope

TaoBook helps you record transactions, organize books, set budgets, and view spending insights. Natural-language, voice, and receipt recognition create suggestions that can be incomplete or wrong; you remain responsible for checking and editing every transaction.

TaoBook is not a bank, accounting firm, tax service, investment adviser, payment processor, or source of financial advice.

2. Accounts and content

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter. If you enable Sign in with Apple, keep your account access secure. You retain your user-created records; you grant TaoApex only the limited permission needed to store, sync, display, and back up those records as part of the service.

3. Pro purchase

TaoBook Pro is a non-consumable In-App Purchase when offered. The purchase price and terms are shown by Apple before confirmation. Apple handles payment, restore, refunds, and transaction records. You can use Apple’s purchase settings to manage your purchase.

4. Availability and disclaimers

Features may change as TaoBook develops. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaoApex is not responsible for a financial decision, tax filing, or loss caused by an unreviewed entry or an unavailable service.

5. Account deletion and contact

Privacy requests are handled under the TaoBook Privacy Policy.
