By using TriggerMap ("the app") you agree to these terms. TriggerMap is operated by TaoApex Limited.

1. What the app is

TriggerMap is a self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Correlations shown are statistical patterns in your own data, not medical conclusions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or treatment.

2. Your data

Your logs are stored on your device and in your private iCloud account. You are responsible for your own data. You may delete all data at any time from Settings.

3. Subscriptions

• TriggerMap Pro is available as a monthly or auto-renewing annual subscription (the annual plan includes a 7-day free trial where offered).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Restore purchases is available in the app (Settings → Account, or on the paywall).

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or rely on it as a substitute for professional care.

5. Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on the app's output.
