By using TriggerMap ("the app") you agree to these terms. TriggerMap is operated by TaoApex Limited.

1. What the app is

TriggerMap is a self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Correlations shown are statistical patterns in your own data, not medical conclusions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or treatment.

2. Your data

Your logs are stored on your device and in your private iCloud account. You are responsible for your own data. You may delete all data at any time from Settings.

3. Availability and purchases

TriggerMap is not publicly available on the App Store. No price, subscription, free-trial, or purchase terms have been announced. If the app is released, the App Store listing and in-app purchase screen will state the applicable price, renewal, cancellation, and restore-purchase terms before purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or rely on it as a substitute for professional care.

5. Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on the app's output.
