ValveDue (the "App") is designed so that your data never leaves your iPhone.

What we store. Your home address, assembly details, test dates, notes, and photos of test reports are stored only in the App's sandbox on your device. There is no ValveDue account and no server copy.

What we collect. Nothing. The App contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. We do not receive any data from the App.

Camera. The camera is used only when you choose to photograph a test report or a backflow assembly. Photos are stored in the App's sandbox and are never uploaded.

Notifications. If you enable reminders, the App schedules notifications locally on your device. Notification permission is requested only for this purpose.

Calendar (optional, Pro). If you enable "Add dates to Calendar", the App uses Apple's write-only Calendar access to create all-day events for your test, winterize, and spring dates. The App cannot read your other events.

Purchases. ValveDue Pro is purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. See Apple's own privacy policy for how Apple handles purchase data.

Children. The App is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this URL and in App Store updates.
