Terms of Service

Use of the App is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The terms below supplement, and do not replace, that EULA.
What the App does. ValveDue reminds you of dates you enter and of season windows it computes. It is a personal organizer for home maintenance dates.
What the App does not do. ValveDue does not file a report with your water utility, does not book, employ, or certify any tester, and does not replace the official letter or notice from your water district. If a date in the App and a date in an official letter disagree, follow the letter.
Availability and purchases. ValveDue is not publicly listed on the App Store. No price, subscription, free-trial, family-sharing, or purchase terms have been announced. If the app is released, the App Store listing and in-app purchase screen will state the applicable terms before purchase.
No warranty. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Local plumbing codes and utility requirements vary and change; rule cards shown in the App (including the Denver Water pack) are summaries with their source and review date shown in the App, and may be out of date.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for fines, penalties, water damage, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including missed reminders.
